For the past year, my Fiancée wanted a home that could keep us near our places of work while also being remote enough from the hustle and bustle of the city to maintain a degree of autonomy. Tammy was always prompt, professional, yet down to earth. She was awesome because she recommended that we ask for the window dressing to stay, as well as the fireplace in the sunroom. The sellers agreed to these requests positively, which saved me more expenses. Tammy made herself available to me and gave me a heads-up as to when she would not be working (due to federal holidays). Anytime that I called Tammy, she either answered immediately or returned my calls within a minimal time frame. She was always ready to go the "extra mile " for me. She made the house searching and buying (almost, haha) painless. I will DEFINITELY recommend her to everyone! I felt important and that was especially nice since the house buying experience is rather nerve-wracking. I plan to keep in contact with her from time to time. Tammy was so knowledgeable about the process, she guided my family every step of the way. Even the smallest of questions, she answered quickly and made sure that I understood every paper I signed. Her heartfelt kindness was so appreciated. She guided our every step and always made sure we knew what the next step was in the process and where we were headed. Tammy is very knowledgeable about the houses that she shows. I gave her a list of my demands and she found exactly what I wanted. Tammy knew that my husband was sick and worked really hard to find something that would fit what I needed for his needs. I explained to Tammy that my husband did his dialysis treatments at home and she was able to find the right fit for us with the extra room that we needed for him. Tammy is a very caring person. When my husband past away unexpectedly she was there to give a helping hand and a nice comforting word and shoulder to cry on. Not to many people would do that after they weren't working with you any longer. Would I recommend her of course, she feels more like a friend.

We both sold our home and purchased a new one with Tammy as our agent. Tammy was very patient and helpful through the processes. As stressful as everything could be, Tammy did everything to make it as easy and smooth as possible. Very knowledgeable, professional, understanding and friendly.

I am a first time home buyer and was very lost going into the process. Tammy was very informative and really listened to our wants and needs. She sent us a handful of houses on a daily basis so I felt like I wasn’t “missing” anything. She was always very responsive and worked with both mine and my boyfriends schedules. Using her ideas, knowledge, and recommendations I was able to update my condo fixtures, decorating it with popular paint colors that were currently the most popular. A few days after we listed the condo I accepted an offer for full asking price. That was great!

As first time home buyers, Tammy did an excellent job of walking us through each step of the home buying process. From the first home we looked at, she was very upfront about any and all problems she noticed with the house. During that first interaction she also broke down the entire home buying process in a very digestible way so we had a full understanding of what we were getting ourselves into.
